The truth about The Bicentenary's years

We all know that the bicentenary's year was very important, but what's in really the bicentenary?, what sence has all the things that has been made to celebrate it?. Who's out?what's out?. I'm going to answer all this cuestions in this essay about the bicentenary, firs of all, this wasn't a year diffrent from others and they are just 200 years of murders, abuses of power, violations in opposition to our rights as persons, in opposition to the popular class, in opposition to the Mapuche and in opposition to all our descent.

First. The beginning of the celebrations of the Bicentenary start with the " glories of the army " when, since that killed to Manuel Rodríguez in 1818, have been these who massacred his own village in 23 occasions, and up to today all his interventions have been in the same line that is to protect the mercantile State, to protect to the State Portaliano, and to suppress his opponents, beside I have to say that the army has allowed the Constitutions of 1833, 1925 and 1980 should be dictated, of illegal form, by force and in opposition to our rights, for this the army of Chile is the real owner of the State and the person in charge of all the abuses happened in the History of Chile.

Second. There are joined the statues of Jose Miguel Carrera and Bernardo Or ' Higgins that were two historical prominent figures who were in struggle for years, producing, as says Gabriel Salazar, a historical falsehood, is like to join Salvador Allende with Pinochet, slightly extremely ridiculously.

Third. “the biggest flag of Chile”, the country invested millions in order that they were bringing it from the foreigner, with the aim that the foreign people saw that Chile still has the money to spend in silly things, but we know that this money might take better use as a contribucion for our country, considering the enormous catastrophe caused by a strong earthquake and a tsunami. Where the people who lost everything, now, fight to obtain papers to be capable of working withdrawing rubbles, as happen in Dichato and in many other towns.

Quarter. In his speech, apart of speaking sillyness that we already know, the president answers to the hunger strike of the Mapuches, that already has more than 80 days, and when some of them were almost dieing and said that there will be a “discution table”, that till now nobody knows what happened.

These and many other things, are the biggest sillyness that the government has done in the Bicentenary's year and these aren't very different from every year of the History of our country. Then, who can celebrate?, those who accept the decisions that took a small group of people, with economic, military, religious power in a country, and just benefit the high class, who does stay out of these celebrations? All the popular class, children, women, and different etnias, what does stay out? All the History of the popular class, the whole fight, of the aborigens who defended his lands, his culture and his identity, the whole history of our past, of our identity and of our majority class.

In conclusion, in the Bicentenary's year we celebrate 200 years of mistreatments, abuses, violations and slaughters on the part of the minorities, of the oligarchy, of the elite, of the army, in opposition to the popular majority, of low class, of the children, of the women, of the poor.

Then, the Bicentenary, it is not any more than a jeer towards the people who has suffered from 200 years, and more, in hands of the army of Chile and of the elite, who only looks for the own well-being and the economic power.

The Mapuche conflict

Hello everybody,

Today I will speak about of the Mapuche Conflict because is a very important topic.

I think that this conflict is more important that as show the Medias of communication, beside is a topic very old and the Medias has distorted the reality because only show the things that are convenient.

The Mapuches always fought for their rights and this isn’t the exception, but the Media reported this news because there is a law in the middle that is the antiterrorism law and because is convenient for the government that the Mapuches appear as terrorists and a danger to the society.

I think that the Mapuches are in all their right of to fight for their land that has been expropriated and with that the whole culture and beside they also believe in the importance of the Pachamama and the properties that it delivered to their culture and life. For this reason the lands are very important for the Mapuches, and for this I think that should not to accuse of terrorists if they are only fight for is yours.

With all the things I hasn’t think in a solution because is a topic very complicate and I don’t know all the reasons for that they fight, beside I don’t know the all things they have done and that for the government are terrorists attack, and I’m not sure if someone should take the first step because I don’t know if it serves for one solution.

In conclution, I think that the Mapuches are making that the persons know the reality of their struggles but I think that the government not is interesting in one solution why blame the terrorists Mapuche.

Well I hope that can give their opinions about the topic and give new information for to understand some things,

Bye

Third, I have a singers that I like very much as Marc Antony, but also I like very much Witney Houston, Ricardo Arjona, Bon Jovi, Silvio Rodríguez, Luis Fonsi, Franco de Vita, Shakira, Gervasio, among others of the same style.

Well, as they will understand, to me the music is very important and all the singers and bands that I named, with your music did something important in my life, for example the Prisioneros, Sol y Lluvia came when I began to see the reality of politics in our life, when I understand the why the persons manifested to enforce their rights and very more things. Silvio Rodríguez came when I knew to my boyfriend and he dedicated to me any sings.

Then, all the singers and bands I like to me when its have a significant letter in my life, but I dislike to me all the music when don’t understand the letter or the principal idea of the sing, also I dislike to me all the music that beside I can’t dance or to feel the music, and I think that is the more important, that I feel the music, enjoy more to listen because is fashionable.

The environment

Hello guys,

The topic today is about the environment.

First, I need to say when I was a girl; I didn’t know anything about the environment neither about of recycling because in my college and in my house it wasn’t a usual topic.

But I knew anything as to care the water, the plants, the tree and all the places that I knew.

Then, when I arrived to the University I learned very much about the recycling, because in this place had very trash can to recycle, beside, all the people or students had incorporated this habits.

Now, I try of separate the materials of glass, paper, plastic, or metal, but only in the university or in places where the trash can are separate, but in my house is very difficult because to my family don’t understand about the recycling.

I am very lazy and I don’t use bicycle and neither walk, but in my house there is a car and I avoid use, because I know that is very contaminants.

Ah, I don’t work in a organization because I haven’t time, but now I like me to belong to one, because I feel that is a very way of to do something for this environment that is very pollute, beside, I think that know very few about way of to take car and to keep the ozone layer, the plants, the animals or to the environment in general.

But, in this society, specifically Santiago, should to look for other countries and to copy anything about the recycling and to teach to all the society any habits about as to keep the environment because maybe we are a country very “advanced” in anything, but we are barbarian for this topics.

We are very slow in this kind of culture.

Bye everyone

The traffic lights in Education

Hello readers,

Today’s topic will be about a news related with my career.

This news is about the traffic lights in education was the education minister's proposal Joaquin Lavin, and emerges as a way to improve the quality because it would allow parents to know in what position, according to results of SIMCE, is the schools of her children from that.

The system is that schools with good performance in SIMCE are green, those with regular performance will be in yellow and those schools with the worst results in SIMCE have the color red.

Then parents can decide which school to place their children, according to results SIMCE supposedly would ensure the quality of education that provides that facility.

Schools that are green will have an extra incentive grant colleges in red and will struggle to get that grant, but that will have to improve their performance. In addition, schools with better results may make it difficult for students coming from other establishments and those in yellow have to open and facilitate the entry quotas.

Felipe Salazar, an expert on education policy, said that the traffic lights, "only reflect the socioeconomic composition of areas, places with fewer resources and do not reflect academic subjects."

Then, say that schools colors in yellow, have fewer resources than those in green in the same area and these results do not point to the quality of education they deliver.

For Salazar, this system leads to segregation and discrimination and nothing else, and says that "the agency can not say anything because half of students with poor performance is in the private sector and other public sector and the results show
there is no significant difference between the two groups, all due to socioeconomic status ".

In summary, the traffic lights system implemented by the minister of education Joaquin Lavin, in order to improve the quality of education, ¡IS A FAILURE!

Well here I send the link of the news and what it says Felipe Salazar, and I hope they tell me they think about this.

My native country

Hi, I hope everyone will be well. Today, I would like to tell about of a country that I like, called Venezuela, because I was born there.
The history is well; my grandfather was an exile chick during the military coup, so he came to Venezuela and when he could raise the money he came to Chile to look to my grandmother with my mother and my aunt.
In Venezuela my mom met and married with my dad, and then I born but my dad was with another and separated for this mi mom decided to return to Chile.

In this country I left many relatives, as my godparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and my grandparents and my mom left many friends, for this we have always wantes to return. I want to see to my family because I don’t remember as they were and always telling me that miss me and ask me where I'm going to see them.

I would like to return to my country and see thr people I love, remembering the beautiful beaches, eat the food so tasty and the best thing is that this is a tropical country and never cold and I hate the cold, for this I would go to live for a couple of months or even years to work and perfect my studies, because the universities there, are free.

Well, I say goodbye to everyone and hope you have enjoyed the post today.
